Muncie, Indiana-based Complete Property Care, LLC launched in 2005 as a property management company. Our leaders envisioned a company that delivered exceptional, personalized service that put our clients' needs and expectations first.

As our clientele grew, we invested in advanced training and technology that expanded our offerings. With a certified rehabilitation contractor on staff who provides renovation services to both clients and private property owners and a flexible attitude, we empower our residents and investor to achieve their personal goals.

MEET OUR TEAM

Complete Property Care, LLC is made up of office staff and maintenance crews trained to pay close attention to detail and inspect every project to make sure it is complete. The company was started by Dan Norton. As a landlord himself, he understands the need for a crew to be available for maintenance and emergencies, especially under circumstances in which the owner cannot be available. Having an outside party available for maintenance also reduces the number of calls from the tenant to the owner. The management staff from Complete Property Care, LLC welcomes you to our family.
